Your responsibilities
- Personnel and payroll services for employees in accordance with applicable labor and social security laws and regulations
- Calculation of salaries, allowances and other employee benefits
- Maintenance of personnel records (personnel files, contracts, annexes, labor certificates)
- Handling processes related to hiring and firing employees
- Accounting for working time, vacations and employee absences
- Preparation of declarations and reports to external institutions (ZUS, US, GUS)
- Entering and updating data in the personnel and payroll system
- Monitoring of changes in labor laws and their implementation in the organization
- Participate in streamlining HR and payroll processes
Our requirements
- Experience in an HR and payroll position
- Practical knowledge of labor law, social security and personal income tax regulations
- Experience in payroll and personnel record keeping
- Knowledge of human resources and payroll programs (e.g., Payer, Comarch Optima)
- Accuracy, reliability and good organization of work
