Your responsibilities
- Actively acquire new customers and develop cooperation in the field of transportation services
- Determining the conditions for the execution of transport orders, planning and optimizing routes
- Coordinate and organize domestic and/or international transports
- Monitoring the course of transport at each stage of the order and responding to any deviations on an ongoing basis
- Ensure high quality and timely execution of orders in accordance with applicable procedures and company standards
- Optimization of operating costs in the area of transport
- Managing cooperation with carriers and transport service providers
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and building long-term business relationships
Our requirements
- Ability to acquire customers and build long-term business relationships
- Knowledge of the English language at the B2 level
- Experience as a freight forwarder or in the transportation/logistics area
- Knowledge of the transport services market and the principles of transport organization (domestic and/or international)
- Ability to plan and optimize transportation costs
- Knowledge of transportation documentation and applicable regulations
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and goal-oriented
Welcome
- Experience in organizing the transportation of goods, including products from the agro sector
- Knowledge of the German language
- Experience in working with TMS (Transport Management System) or ERP systems
