Your responsibilities
- Ongoing recording and posting of accounting documents
- Preparation of tax returns (VAT, JPK_VAT, CIT)
- Maintenance and control of settlements with counterparties, including reconciliation of balances and verification of payments
- Keeping records of fixed assets and intangible assets, including calculation of depreciation
- Preparation of financial statements and internal reports
- Verification of accounting documents for formal and accounting purposes
Our requirements
- Very good knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations
- Experience in an independent accounting position
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems (Comarch Optima is welcome) and Excel
- Ability to analyze accounts, reconcile balances and verify documents
- Accuracy, good work organization and punctuality (especially for month-end closings)
- Ability to cooperate and communicate with other departments and institutions
