Job Description:
- Planning and organizing domestic transportation according to the schedule and customer requirements
- Optimization of transport routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency
- Maintaining ongoing communication with drivers and customers, ensuring a smooth flow of information
- Supervision of timely execution of orders, including monitoring of drivers' working time and compliance with regulations on working and rest time
- Resolving ongoing transportation issues such as breakdowns, delays or changes in transportation plans
- Collaborate with other company departments to ensure smooth execution of transportation services and process optimization
- Preparing reports on the cost of transportation and the efficiency of the executed orders
Requirements:
- Secondary or higher education (logistics or transportation-related majors preferred).
- Experience as a dispatcher in the domestic transportation or logistics industry.
- Good knowledge of road transport laws, including driver working hours and transport standards.
- Familiarity with the operation of TMS (Transport Management System) systems and MS Office package.
- The ability to work under time pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-reliance in action, responsibility and ability to work in a team.
- The ability to think analytically and solve problems.
- Willingness to work second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and willingness to be on-call weeeknd.
